A Eurostar train is stuck in the Channel...

The train, travelling from Brussels to London with 236 people on board, stopped in the tunnel at around 08:30 GMT.

The Eurostar spokesman said that the train had broken down due to technical problems, and that a rescue train was on its way.

At the end of last year, the high-speed rail link between Britain and mainland Europe ground to a halt, leaving thousands of passengers stranded in the tunnel.

Eurostar blamed the breakdown on snow.
